Is Zong mobile Internet better than Telenor?

I am currently using Telenor network for mobile Internet but it is currently having issues with services like careem/uber. I heard Zong mobile Internet is better than Telenor's. I am considering to move to Zong network... What do you think?

This Zong interior is good but expansive

Telenor used to be good but not anymore, or at least an year back. That was the time when I switched to Zong and till now I have not faced any issues in internet, always get a minimum of 3G with good speed.

Just visit Zong Office or Franchise, if you want to keep your existing No. or you may get a new Zong Sim.

DIdn't want to start a new thread so asking here. I'm having serious signal issues in Jazz/Warid network in my office located in a high rise building in Clifton Karachi and most of the times the signals drop due to which cant receive calls.

So now looking to switch to either Telenor or Zong. What do you guys recommend between Telenor or Zong on both the network signal quality and the internet speed?

TIP:

TRY Both network reception on same location and get which is having good reception.. ask from friend/colegue/neighbour abt their connections ....best way to find is at exactly same spot where you need..

Thanks, Yeah, I checked from a couple of colleagues who were using Telenor and they are fine with the signals at my office. However they complained about Internet speed. Don't know much about Zong as noone seems to have it here but I have heard good reviews about its service. Would like to switch to something that works good at home and outside too and where internet speed isn't too bad compared to other options.

dont go for reviews striongly suggest to check it 1st hand from some users....it performs well at few places (not so bad but 10-15mb easily on 4G) but sucks equally at other places (not even 1mb)

My suggestion is to use ufone if you dont use mobile data much as it is 3g in some places...

I am using ufone for long time and it has never disappointed me...

BTW you can check for signals availability on the website of respective company...

this is random.. it shows coverage at home side but where i use ufone its hardly 1 signal bar with 3g bearly working so yea

Note: Don't select network from manual list... after seeing the list switch back to automatic.

this will show network availability but not signal strength i guess

No and yes... first one will be with respect to sim you have and if signals are available...

Others will be with respect of signal strength... highest at the top and lowest at the end...

For calls I recommend a dual sim phone and setup call forwarding between both sims. So if one line is out of reach the other will ring.

Using it between Jazz and Ufone, works great.

Also when ufone's internet doesn't work in some places, one or two subscriptions of 2GB internet for a month for Rs. 100 on Jazz work great.
