Bro this is at least a 4-5 days trip if you want to see all these places. In one weekend its simply not possible, so better plan something else rather than ding this in 2 days.
Kalam:
Any car can go till kalam easily. Beyond that car can go till ushu forest easily. However, I have seen people with Vitz on the mahudand lake which is Ziadti to the car and yourself and you will curse yourself if you do that. You will need to hire a jeep or Fielder from kalam for the ushu-mahudand track. You need a full day for this. Not sure if mahudand full track will be open. I am pretty sure it will only be open till the glacier. So from kalam to glacier it is 1.5 hrs with 3-4 points on the way.
You can find good family room in kalam for around 5k.
Kundol lake:
You need a full day for that too. A jeep will take you to laddu village from kalam. Then there is trekking till lake and its a moderate one.
Kumrat:
If you want to go to kumrat from kalam then a car can not go even in summer season. I am not sure if Badgoi pass is open these days for jeeps. That track is very rough. You need 5-6 hrs from kalam till thall village on jeep (via badgoi). Then you can enter kumrat valley and need at least 3-4 hrs to see the waterfall and kala chashma only. After that you cant go back to kalam on same day.
If you really want to visit these places then you need to find time and plan properly.
