I recently contacted someone to buy a vehicle after viewing an Ad online. Its an Islamabad number, When I asked the person who posted the Ad regarding vehicle file he said Islamabad Excise Dept. keeps vehicles files and only gives vehicle book at the time of registration. Is this really true because this is not how Lahore excise department operates?
