Brother you would have to collect it later from them. I think with number plates you will get that. I am also waiting for mine and have paid fee for smart card.

haroon bhai the car token is paid till 2014, 04 dec model so its 10 year old now whose token should be around 400 per year, last week i went to pay tokens at i8-4 post office but was surprized to be given a total estitmate of 6k with penalty, how much do u think i need to pay alongwith penalty

It's not the year of manufacture but the date of registration that counts.
Didn't you ask the Post Office clerk about the 10 year old rule?
