Dear haroon I have civic 2010 model December 2010 registered. I want to transfer on my name. What is the total cost I am non filer. Another question token is paid till 30th June 2013 what is the total cost of token tax with penalty.information required Its urgent thanks

It's not the year of manufacture but the date of registration that counts.
Didn't you ask the Post Office clerk about the 10 year old rule?

I told him about it but he said its penalty charges though he doesnt know anything mch abt anything, registered in January 2005

My friend registered his Vitz 2014 last week, he did all process himself... Total cost Rs 32500 for non filer....

If u have any friend or relative living in islamabad then Get the noc from house owner that u r living their as paying guest nd u can get islmbd no. + Agents dont have counters around nd in islmbd excise now bcz of law inforcement nd stuff but they r roaming around excise so u can source them nd get ur work done.

I recently got a islmbd regstrd city transfered without previous owner as he was abroad via agent.

yes yea posible ha lhk wo noc isl excise may kisi b kaam ka ni ha us noc ka si use nadara may ha ap wo noc say nadara ja kar apna adress change kar wa kar jb ap ko neya nic mailay ga thru nadar jispay ap ka adress isl ka hu ga tb possible ha easily tb ap jao excise office ar jo karna ha karo simple

Personally faced same issue in registration of my wagonR No noc is acceptable now you can get your car reg only if you are resident of Islamabad. I heard some agent or touts are there wandering in search of such prey but they charge huge amount so I dropped the idea and got registered my car from Rawalpindi with life time token.
