Hi, my question is off topic but relevant to islamabad excise so here it is.
I have ICT registered vehicle in my name. it is of QT serial with white number plate( black color letters and alphabets on white metal plate). But I have also seen computerized (different number plates having faisal mosque picture on plate) on ICT registered vehicles. Now my questions:
1)Procedure to obtain these plates for my vehicle and estimated fee?
2)Do I need to return my old number plates for getting new one?
3)Will they write "duplicate plates" on new one?
