hahahaha thats not the case...i saw black 2011 corolla in that queue last night and there are many other cars which are other than taxies and suzukies....if there were 300 cars then atleast 50 cars are taxies, hiaces and buses...

dont know why people are still in those lines not only wasting their time and petrol on each ignition but also suffering from fatigue...

here is the latest news on CNG

on review partition heard for SNGPL by the IHC they have rejected govt application for shutting down of CNG

and issue order to open three days a week as previous schedule heard from samaa tv.

lets see if it gets implemented as well not like what happened this week,ppl expected to get cng but got nothing

Now there's no gas in my home at all. I do believe when gas supply to industries was closed, we had gas in home. When they restored it for two days a week, we have no gas the whole week.

So the problem definitely is heavy gas theft from industries and CNG stations. Those guys who steal gas to fill their pockets and deprive millions of people from cooking food even, have no fear of the judgment day...

This gas shortage is due to Gas heaters and gas geysers being used at homes. Just think that in the summer despite industries and cng stations there is no shortage of gas pressure at homes. So, it proves that Gas shortage is not at all due to Industries and CNG stations only.

My room is feeling like cyberia these days. We don't have gas to cook food, heater we can see in dreams...

But the misuse of resources from almost every person is really something that needs to be stopped, be it geyser running for the whole day, or burning CNG to travel to market half Km away.....

Same is the case here in G-10 Islamabad, almost next to nil gas at my home for the last 3-4 days. My son has been sick and I can turn on the heater due to severe cold. Like @isbcap mentioned his room is severe cold same is the case with mine which doesnt get sunlight as well :), Due to no gas geyser turns off again and again and I need to check whether the gas is leaking or not once its back. Even after all these things in mind I paid 6k Gas bill this month.

Its better to shut down cng,as people spend 6-7hrs in line,my car came back after 5hrs,out of which i sat 2hrs in car rest was a favour by good friends :),still got cng of Rs350,petrol is not affordable in terms of money,Cng is not affordable in terms of time needed to spent.

saw a few cng stations open yesterday (thursday) in taxila wah area. but with long queues of cng-thirsty-poor-people. before the closing of cng, there used to be NO long queues in the 2 days of a week. but why now? probably as discussed earlier not all stations are open.
