pedestrians died crossing when the highway even when it used to be 2 lane.
now its almost impossible to cross. but still some daring people want to risk it
traffic is so heavy and so many lanes, speeding tickets with these old camera's is next to impossible
how can highway conditions improve, i heard the president asked for Jaga tax from all cng/petrol station which made link roads to main highway 
anyways my solution is car pooling which is not working these days
