I m positive about the pricing. This is the price they give to Manufacturers for toll filling. Since its a Social cause, I will try bringing down the cause more from them. Secondly, Other option is to provide them with filled cans for the first time and second time, we send them clean water tanker. Clean water tanker costs few hundred + Shipping . So they can fill the cans and re use them

One of our friend gave Rs 8000 for flood relief affectees with a condition to arrange two goats for them
Luckily Ehsaan was at Shahid's place at Sargodha n i told him to give this amount to Shahid

We returned from Dharkhanawala a last night. I would like to Thank Shahid bhai for teh hospitality and showing us around and M. Sialvi sahab for the lovely lunch.
For now, I would summarize the trip as an eye opener. I feel devastated deep inside myself after seeing the extent of damage and loss. We took a Horse cart ride for some 5-7 km deep into the flooded area to reach a proposed relief site. I will post a full report in the evening IA.

We decided to go deep into the flooded area and meet the people at their doorstep to talk to them. We hired a couple of Horse Carts which was the only form of transport that would pass through the 3-4 foot deep water on the road.

On the way, we saw the most unforgettable site I have ever seen. A brick wall had fallen on a woman and her family members and neighbors were carrying her to the doctor, some 2 hours away.

Our whole round trip took us about 4 hours in water and in rain. These were the longest 4 hours of my life. Unfortunately it was plain and obvious that I have to go through these 4 hours many times over. We were all broken inside. Its one thing to look at these pictures and say “Oh my God!!”, and trust me when I tell you this, its totally another to live through it to be left speechless. Speechless deep inside. With heads down, a heavy chest and an unimaginable sinking feeling, we all bade farewell to our friends in need to return with help. We also knew that that will not be enough.
