well, let me give you a good advise as i am local and i have climed monal almost 50 times on with the following.
- mountain bicycle (critical mass islamabad group)
- cultus with 5 people - manual - 2009 (it was under 17 minutes - we were following a bet)
- mira auto 2018 - 2 people
- city 1.3
- civic x.
theoretically yes you can. but you have to be carefull about the following:
- you are a good driver with mountain experience.
- tyres are not too old.
- there is no rain.
- you know what to do if the car stalls on gradient and you know you will not panic because a slight miss of power will stall you specially in one of the 3 slops which have high angle.
