Islamabad Ownership Transfer

I have lost original smart card of my brand new Suzuki Wagon R. If duplicate card is made, it'll reduce sale price of the vehicle.
If I get it transferred to my sibling or parents, and new smart card is printed, would it have any issues like printing of duplicate on new card?
Is it mandatory to produce original smart card at Excise office when we go for physical inspection?
Please guide.

Orignal smart card is required for transfer , so you can't transfer it to family etc without the card . and once you have opted for duplicate card, even if you find original, it'll be useless.
I would say try to find original card with patience you'll find it eventually im sure of it.

Physical inspection is easy , there are agents standing who can skip the line for you and get inspection done easily but
even after physical inspection you have to submit orignal card , plus biometric ,plus id card copy of owner & the trasnfer form which ahs the physical inspection sign for transfer challan generation , after which challan is generated with amount that is to be submitted in bank.

Punjab ka procedure to bilkul different ha . Sirf fee jma kra ka seller aur buyer ne biometric krani ha aur excise dftr men ya agent ka zriay inspection hu jati ha . Card wghra ya kisi bhi chz ki copy jma krane ki zrurt nahe prti .
