Islamabad is generally one of the best places to live in Pakistan, perhaps better than Pindi.
if you can afford f sectors in islamabad. If you want to support a scammer/criminal like malik riaz then think about bahria town.
Depends, if are goin to live in pindi and work in isb its not easy traveling everyday because of too much traffic. From bahria or dha is close to 50 mins drive. If thts not the issue than Bahria is good with no electricity load shedding.

Let's say rental budget of 1 lac max. per month. Should have at least 3 beds, drawing, dining, kitchen, garage.
A 100k per month rental budget opens up many good options, I suppose.
