Islamabad to Karachi via train

AOA,

I have to travel from Islamabad to Karachi and back in first week of January. Me, my wife and 18months old kid would be traveling.

I want to know which train/class to book. I have heard of AC sleeper for two persons but dont know the details. Can someone please share details on which one to book or easily available?

Also is AC business arranged like bus or berths with top/middle/low arrangements? can i also book in these for travel with my family? or not recommended with family?

Also if someone can tell the difference between AC business, lower/standard and sleeper mentioned on their website? I have no experience with railway..

Seen the thread but there's no mention of green line which runs from Margalla to Karachi Cantt. They have 6 Beth compartments as well.
Anyone can tell the difference between their and tezgam compartments?
