Have gas filled from Peshawar road and then either exit at Balkasar/Chakwal (130 km from Isb) interchange or Bhera (170 km from Isb) on both locations CNG stations are located just outside the interchange and then 2nd fill at Sukhekhi( 250km) you will reach Lahore. CNG on motorway especially at Behra is of very poor quality.

As someone earlier suggested, these curves looks easy but are not that much easy. Use gears to slow down rather than frequent use of brakes. And concentrate on drive in this area specially. Motorway police helpline is 130 dial without any city code from mobile.

nope....everything was perfect....didn't even had to switch to petrol.
whole trip was done on CNG.

@panicslayer well....mujhe bhi neend arahi thi......but then i rolled out the windows + i turned the volume up of music..... and i was WIDE AWAKE due 2 these 2 things ....thanks again for your advices

@smartyangel well yeah....you can over speed after you pass the traffic police once.....cause its not like they are sitting after every 1km....once you pass them for 30-40 min there won't be next one.....but there might be.......i was going on 130km/h avg speed and reached 140 at some spots (slope).....and 100/110 (going upwards) ....so i guess overall my avg is actually 120km/h

it took me 4hours 15-30mins......on both ways........from isl 2 lahore.....and from lahore to isl....and i did not stop other then for getting cng re-filled.

also from the tracks on road.......it looked like most common reason for accident....as in not crashing into other cars....as motorway is not crowded most of the time........so as to crashing into the barrier or to get off track and hit a tree or something........main reason for this=tire brusting.....so MOST IMP thing is to make sure your tires don't need to be replaced cause if they are weak.... get them changed.
check water level in radiator/battery too before you leave....and get air checked of all your tires + check if spare wheel is fine.....thats all from my side.

islo....i don't go to pindi....hate the traffic.....also when i entered in lahore....i felt like i am in hell...due to bad traffic + bad roads + HOT weather.

Have some coffee when entering motorway, only coffee not tea, you will not feel sleepy in ur trip,....

1) keep extra patrol in your car
2) refill cng from EVERY cng station that you see on your way.

and most important of all The TOLL of this journey is 180 pak rs.....
when i waz traveeling first time i gave 50 rupees at toll plaza and dat boy was starring at me wid anger.............
