day b4 Yesterday night after dropping my cousin at airport, i went towards isb. While turning the round about of blue area in front of D-Watson i was stopped by two of ITP persons. one of the person checked my car headlights and then asked for D.licence. I gave him and he said you are not wearing seat belt and took license to his senior officer. (later i got that he was using my headlights so that his colleague can see and wrote on challan book). While i was sitting in car, a gentleman before droving his car off, abused both the police (tum aur tumhara jo ye patan sathi hay, baray afsos ke bat jay waghira etc). The police then came to me with Chalan and said we have kept ur licence and after depositing in bank, u can collect it from ITP office. It was abt 12am. I said look i am not from islamabad and gov officer and have to come again on some other day. He said its Isb u will have to wear seat belt. After arguing with them i became furious and said, then u have to check every one passing this point. Why have you picked me.
I stood in middle of road and stopped a vehicle and showed that, look he is not wearing seat belt. After that i was out my mind and parked my vehicle in middle of road. looking at this his senior came and i immediately park my car again on road side.
The first officer told me you would have told me earlier that u r not from isb and govt officer. However his senior who was typical govt officer said, i can challan u for blocking the road and look i am also going to fine this boy for passing on red light, i said i have no concern with him. After that the one who stopped me, told me a way how to get ur licence now.
I gave a challan money and 100 rs to taxi driver. who will deposit on my behalf. They kept his licence and gave mine.
If ITP is damm serious abt wearing set belt, why they dont put sign on entry or other points.
Why they picked me or randomly out of 1000000 vehicles.
