Can someone tell me where to get Isopropyl Alcohol from in Karachi? Or are there any Karachi members who may have some to sell? I know some people use it for vehicle detailing purposes (to strip off old wax/polish residue) so thought I should post this here. Although I need it for a different use .. cleaning circuit boards!
I have checked pharmacies, they only have alcohol swabs which will not do the job for me. Anyone?

to remove all old wax from the body finish - you can wash it with dishwashing soap.
i think u r taking about the alcohol used in homeopathic medicines. its available at the shops at 7 nos, nazimabad nr matric board office. costing 200/- to 225/- per 500 or 450 ml.
Thank you all for the info. Actually I was just hoping to avoid a trip to the chemical market off of M.A. Jinnah Road where I know all this stuff is available. So far I have managed to speak to someone who supplies medicines/chemicals to hospitals in the Clifton area who is willing to supply it. Only problem is that the minimum quantity is 2.5 litres and it costs Rs. 2400! He claims its 99.9% pure though.
Anyone willing to split?
