Need right guideline from any senior or experienced User. I have sold my Mehran VX to a person. It has lahore no. and token life time paid. Plus converted to my father's name. I had the file on hand with original copy. This car was bought from bank on lease. It had the NOC from bank and it says that Car is clear and have no objection on it from bank side. They have marked it to the exice department and insurance. And says no objection. Now the buyer says that it don't have NOC from Excise. I don't know which NOC he is asking for. As bank have cleared this car and its transferred on my father's name. For this he is not giving some amount which was fixed and says will give after I give this NOC. Now please let me know which NOC is this ? And how can I resolve this issue. Thanks.
Is your father alive ?if so , ask your father to go to excise and get noc from excise also .afer that original owner and buyer needs to be present in excise dept . During transfer of car . Open letter is unacceptable these days .
if the new owner want to transfer the car outside district of registration, yes an NOC for transfer outside is required from Excise., current owner need to obtain it and give it to new owner,
