my friend is restoring his 1981 Honda 125 the bike is KHI registered to his fathers name a problem has him worried on what to do so want to ask PW BIKER's the engine chamber on which the bikes engine serial details are written on needs replacement it is beyond repair the chamber can be replaced its no matter at all but the new chamber doesnt have the models or serial number which is in the registration of course ...........so wanted to ask where does he have to go to get the new serial number imprinted onto the registration book??
