Issue regarding product from ishopping.pk

I had purchased 02 hard drives from ishopping.pk, delivered on 8th Aug, 2019. 8tb Seagate surveillance. After installing in nvr, nvr refused to boot. Spent all day on this issue but all in vain. Then i attached them to pc and found the real issues. One disk is continuously got detected and undetected and chirp like sound. Other one has sound like loose internals. I contacted them and they said we will respond you after contacting the seller.

Now comes the real part. After eid, they said check warranty period has expired. I told them that i have informed you same day. Then they said show a video evidence of fault. Provided. They asked me to return the products and sent me a tracking no. Etc. I did same. 02 time sent but they didn't receive. Parcel returned to me. I told them that i will go to consumer court. Now they asked to send again. Also told me that would be on my behalf, though products are already damaged. What should i do?

Before shipping, they played another trick. They confirmed my order, received payment through bank. Then refused to deliver product. According to them vendor says that prices are going to be revised. I have to change the product.

Seller must have a shop, if it's reachable why don't you go yourself to his shop and fix this.

Sorry to hear about your issue. I hope it's resolved soon. At the moment, we are not primed for online shopping as economy is down, sellers are greedy with little or no business sense or desire to gain a customer base. It's best to go shopping the old fashioned way and buy stuff in shops till everything settles down.

Worst experience of shopping from this site highly unprofessional and when asked for money back they kept on delaying for 2 3 months literally.

I went to fia cyber crime wing against ishopping.pk in the year 2017 due to their misconducts. And then they returned my money.
Go to fia website and lodge complaint against them
