Hi. I have a 2011 honda city (1.3 litre engine). I have noticed when the car is static and it's very hot outside (and the aircon is running) the second cooling fan in the radiator cycles on and off (on for around 30 seconds off for 20 seconds). I end up getting a few very cold blasts of air followed by some not-as-cold air. Strangely if it's cool outside and the car's aircon is on the cooling fan runs constantly cooling the car really well (no hot and cold blasts of air). Is this normal?
