Issue with carby cultus heating

I am driving a carby cultus 02' it has some heating problem, it's with single pipe radiator , please give me suggestions please!
As I have heard it's also due to exhaust manifold? If anybody knows bout this please tell me .
And suggest me how to improve its fuel average without replacing carb.

Changing radiator would help only if your remaining cooling system is in ok condition. Stock Radiator Fan in carby cultus is also stupid get some better high speed fan..

About Exhaust Manifold cut the 2 extra pieces between the 3 runners.(don't know how to explain that correctly)

If you are in Faisalabad i can recommend you a good mechanic for carbeurator work..
Otherwise do rebuild your car's carbeurator from some good mechanic..

Get a 2 pipe radiator, the issue will be gone , i'm also having a carby cultus and having a 2 pipe radiator in my car, works pretty fine

Go for new Dual Channel copper radiator loads and alwin both make good radiators..
You can check agoodfriend's cultus engine and body rebuild project for more info... On cutting the exhaust manifold.!
