Issues regarding Cultus 2006

Guys I have few questions regarding cultus 2006:
1- which engine oil to be used? Mileage over 150k.
2-please suggest any mechanic in lhr, who can fix my fuel mileage issue? Currently getting 8-9 kms within city.
3-petrol smell comes from inside the car after the 2-3 hrs of idle standing. (With engine off).
Do let me know with ur advices.

20w-50 is too thick for cultus carby as it have hydraulics lifter it need very thin oil I.e 5w-30

but summer is coming wont it cause issue then ? whatever thread i have gone through and mechanics they said 20w50

Mechanics are mechanic because of being uneducated otherwise they would have being engineers ask the mechanic about cct of 20w-50 on hot engine he would have no idea no problem with 5w-30 in summer
