Great work on the sheet. A big service done for Vezel owners. I'm eagerly waiting for mine, should be arriving towards the end of March or the first week of April. How long did you have to wait to clear your Vezel and get her out of the port? (Number of days after arrival of ship).

Hope the engine noise issue got sorted.

So finally traced the issue. Listing it below for those who run into similar situation

The car came in a 40 foot container which the dealers get to save costs of transport. To fit maximum cars in limited space they lift cars up and put them on frames.

Due to this the undercarrige suffered minor damage and the silencer was moved from its location leading to an increase in the noise.

Got the plates yesterday evening and got it checked and fixed today. No more noise and all is well. Now drive even more better

Lesson: Import car seperately is possible, and if not then insist yours is the one on the ground.

I suddenly feel my vezel fuel average is not upto the mark. I m talking about local average. With mostly ac no it is giving me around 14 km/L. Is it OK so should I be concerned. What precaution should I take. Any help will be appreciated. Thnx.

@zubairw thanks a lot bro for sharing .. Yes, it's a very important issue, when going for a vehicle of this price range, always better to pay 20-30k extra for shipping and get decent space...

@aqgardezi , it's below average even with a.c. on .. which oil grade you using ?? Is air filter clean?? Tyre pressure ?? And most important, how do you drive ?? These are the only factors that could play a role considering the vehicle is practically new

@drzac, actually I bought it zero meter so decided to change the things after 3k. In city my speed will be around 30-65 most of the time. Should I get filter n oil changed. Mine is 17 rim so how much air pressure should I put in tyres. Any other thing which I should check. I m giving u the average shown on vezel own instruments meter.

@aqgardezi vehicles are on stand still for significant periods of time when they reach us, so always get the oil and filters replaced .. tyre pressure 30 front and 28 rear.. instrument meter gives very accurate readings so don't need to worry about that .. avoid rapid acceleration, sudden braking, and use EV mode as much as possible in city.. you should get 16kmpl plus with ac at least inshAllah

@drzac, plz suggest which oil n filter should I use. I will check the tyre pressure n make usage accordingly. I try drive use accelerater within force pedal range n don't usually brake hard unless necessary. How to use ev mode. Isn't that automatic.

@aqgardezi use 0w30 or 5w30 any good brand of your liking.. I'm using amsoil signature series .. Only use genuine filters, you can order them online.. and yes EV is automatic yet it's pretty much in your control as well .. It's all about finding that sweet spot on the pedal .. hope that helps ..

Few Days ago I was in Karachi and on port I saw Vezel 4WD. Any one knows about the horse power and cc of this variant. Plus tell me the source to buy 4WD. I am surprised to note that despite of awesome features this car does not have sunroof!!!

Probably the best choice in the current circumstances

The AWD variant has the same horsepower and also 1500cc .. it costs almost 1-2 lac more than FWD version.. But it's sales even in japan are low coz it just kills the hybrid advantage.. won't give more than 11-12 kmpl in our conditions .. Yes, of course, AWD has a lot of pros to come with it as well, so I guess it's all about personal choice in the end
