I agree with the first point and that is what I gathered from your initial post. Rules can be enforced by the courts. If we, the normal citizens try to lay down the rules things can get ugly. Other than that I've been living here for quite a long time so I too know what is wrong, how it should be; on the basis of how developed nations are helping their citizens in achieving a value for money life. We cannot get there if we (still) too resort to strong arm tactics. Purpose of education is to breed civility and enlightenment of thought. And the only way for this civility and enlightenment to manifest itself outside of us requires the utmost of patience in thought and action. (Sometimes I wonder where I come up with this stuff!)

Khud army walay yahan se shopping nahi krtay to hum to CIVIL hain na bhi.

Well prices can be high on these locations as it is normal all over the world if you talk about particularly airports.. But highways.. Well ok lets say its ok but the question here is they are not following the price list " narkh nama"... Actually no one bother to check.. And they are making money out of it..

Here in USA even a small grocery store should reflect a certificate on his counter front showing the current valid status of weighing machine. It has to be checked and calibrated every few months via a independent service.

USA and PAKISTAN mein difference bohat hai.
Yahan police waly khud law obey nahe krtay and USA me PM ki car bhi rules ko strictly follow krti hai.
