@buksh how is oslo i hope u have any sun as we in u.k arnt seeing any sun at all well abit anyway wht is range rover like in pakistan terain does it suit it or not and do u guys have everything on ur workshop or do u have to bring em from dubai as asian model and u.k import model doo vary so do u guys get parts from u.k or asia or duabi? 2nd is were ur mechanics trained by landrover as i know for a fact sigma only one mechanic knows wht he is doing!
as for jag i would love to bring in a X-Type in Pakistan and u guys got the dealership soo i bet u guys got the parts and mechanic know how also?

My name is Marcus Freeman i paid Premium Motors / Mr Asim Buksh of Lahore Pakistan ?105,000 GBP on the 11th October 2010 for the following three Jaguars. He has not delivered the vehicles or repaid the ?105,000 GBP, over the past 2 years he has promised to pay but to this date i have not received a penny. Not the action of a professional businessman! I believe these vehicles have been auctioned by the Pakistan Government, i am owner of these vehicles and have reported them stolen. Jaguar are well aware of this situation & now i understand Asim Buksh has lost his LRJ dealership, not surprising! I have attached proof for all to see. If anyone can help me recover the vehicles or my ?105,000 GBP there will be a handsome reward!

Wow just wow, Where were u for last 2 years?? 105000 GBP is a huge amount almost 18 million PKR. Btw why u were getting cars from Pakistan?? U can have them in UK very easily/

Collect all you documentation and hire a lawyer here in Pakistan and go to the court. Lawyers costs much less in Pakistan than in UK ...

I know buddy but it does not make any sense... If you buy the car from abroad you have to pay up front. If "Asim" (The Pak Jaguar dealer) Paid for the cars and they reached Karachi, Why did not he claim .... as per the invoices above

so so bad.... i have heard that their land rover thingy was opposed by sigma...... resistance was offered.....
and they also bifurcated thier dealership/partnership with porshce guys.....
well the proofs u provided are correct....better visit thier showroom...... and have a resolution

I had already purchased 8x Range Rovers & 1x XKR Cab from Premium Motors so i thought they were trustworthy but obviously not. I was buying from Premium motor because the car were cheap than the UK & was selling them to Africa, so the hot climate spec & EU2 emissions was ideal. UK vehicles don't work well in very hot climates & EU4-5 emission struggle with low quality fuel in Africa. Enegma90: how is this fishy?

umair2203: I have tried recovering the money with a lawyer in the UK, i would win the case but the UK courts can't force a company overseas to pay so it would more money down the drain. I have a Pakistan lawyer working on it now, but it's painfully slow!

I said it fisy because u didn't mention the african part. Now its alryt because I thought that u were purchasing for UKDMs
