i bought a Japanese car which was unregistered recently (Kei works 2008), this vehicle was imported in 2012, after purchasing i went to excise and taxation office Islamabad to began the process for reg, they asked me for verification of vehicle as it is 2012 import online verification is not available as it started in 2013 on wards, which is some kind of document from Karachi port or a letter that this vehicle is cleared so they can began the process for this i paid 3000 rs and sent copies of all documents through excise and taxation office but till now i haven't received any update from them. i am not in Pakistan as i work abroad. documents of the vehicle are complete as showed them to one of the other guys to confirm. Any information regarding this issue will be help full and much needed thank you.
