Japanese DVD Player not playing any CD or DVD

i have a toyota passo with lcd dvd player but dvd player cant play any dvd or cd it japanese language so i cant understand the problem do you have any idea whats the problem

same problem i checked they shopwalaz said the you cant change the language, just understand few basic functions and have to live with Japanese language.

irfan but problem is that they cant play any dvd or cd every thing is working touch screen buttons FM but cd was not playing

It can only play Audi CD.

Hi guys Can anyone help.

I have Toyota vitz multimedia system model is NHT3-W56 the problem is whenever I insert a DVD to play video songs I get an error in Japanese language saying that "There is no playable disc"
Has anyone faced this kind of issue and is there any solution?
