I have Toyota Aqua, with nszt-w62g. The car arrived with the map SD (removed from the slot.

I have inserted the card, it loaded the system but now shows a screen in japanese showing some nos in right hand top corner.

I translated and it wants "mothers maiden name" if I enter some thing error pop ups.

What needs to be done, can some one guide me please
