that is the point that if these cars come in their genuine condition no meter reversing etc then they deserve a good price tag. i also visited some sites of Japanese cars the mileage i saw there of various vehicles was way more as people quoting here!

This beemari is not with japanese cars, a cheater will do this with every car, even pkdm cars, to fetch good prices.

So dont worry, if you r planning to buy a jdm or pkdm, just get it checked by a good mechanic, then go for it.

this all depends on the dealer I've seen many dealers who bring damaged cars from japan and fix them to scratchless condition and then demand equal to the non damaged cars and no body can spot the difference this same thing is happening with pkdm cars like they get repaired from good denters and no body can spot the difference so it is a normal routine now a days I've also seen many cars getting repaired in show room garages but still people buy these cars :-#

@talha hanif bhai in any field not everyone is a cheater and regarding catch i just took pictures so that PW's should know that what kind of variety of cars are imported in Pakistan, i just wanted to share some of my work.

@quddos its a treat for those buyers who really want to get rid of the local crappy cars, but JDM buyer should know what type of cars are imported. Always remember Local cars are like Actress Meera body achi magar performance bekaar, JDM cars are like Monica Belucci body bi achi aur mazbhoot paye dhari.

@syedmughees bhai my best advise is to book cars from a person who is honest and trustworthy because in japan no matter the scratch is 2cm or 15cm they always mentioned each and every details in auction or if u are purchasing from dealer they speak truth.

I have imported absolutely same passo like this with a 4.5 auction grade in feb...

The main problem is that dealers give what people demand....people demand for cheap cars so dealers get damaged ones, get repaired and sell at low price than non accidented.....

BTW how did the authority let you enter this area??? it is only allowed for staff of port....when i got my car, it was delivered to me outside port gate by a port driver....

@vickybhai u r right regarding expensive and repaired cars thats what iam trying to tell everybody that each and every penny you invest in jdm cars its worth it.

This has been going on since ages. if anyone is old enough to remember when the JDM EE80 and EE90 were selling like hot cakes in the early and mid 90's those cars were 95% damaged and were sold after being repaired, YET I dont know why people could not see that they were being ripped off.

I have seen incredibly damaged cars being imported - bent frames, blown airbags, buckled floors, everything rolls in Pakistan, the problem is that the "importers" are making tons of money on these because they know that the average buyer is only interested in "show shaa"

@vickybhai then my friend your father friend dont want you to enter in the warehouse, those who have permit or their file is complete except appraiser physical inspection is left can check their cars by submitting their original NIC or clearing agent card in security counter. and u can only check your car cant check other cars and have picnic in warehouse.

@Xulfiqar bhai the repairing thing u mentioned is absolutely right because customer is the one who dont follow proper procedures, they search for Model, Make no matter what the condition of the car and the honest importers who import actually a 4 grade or good car cant get enough money because they are asking almost 50k to 100k higher as compare to wholesale market or wholesale auction market.
