Jdm alto 2010 leaking radiator water

this is happening from this

As mechanic said k ji iska bush/seal khatam hogia hey need to change it mila nai to he applied silicone but now more leaking.

Plz guide what to do?

in this u can see the white ring of silicone that's the dripping point

Replace the water jacket immediatly

• silicon is supposed to stop water leakage. all u need to do is apply properly and wait for it to dry up a bit. i guess if u do in two steps it will do the job .. step 1 ; fill cavity in housing with silicon, let it dry 10-15 mins .. now apply silicon on surface or where it it fits .. do not tighten bolts fully wait 5-10 mins to tighten the bolts .. silicon should come out from sides indicating it has covered the complete area

-- other option is to go a rubber seal manufacturing shop .. in rawalpindi there is a longman rubber shop who manufature rubber parts as per requirement and mostly u get something from their inventory .. so find a shop in ur city which manufactures rubber seals

-- another option is find part number of this seal and check compatibility .. i will try to find the parts catalog for ur car but for that i need engine code and first 5 figure of chasis no

I think u got it right yesterday when mechanic open it.it's wasnt broken for reference see pic in 1 and 2 post now went to another mechanic and he found t valve housing broken.

Saying need to place with kabli one.so going for that now.

I am facing the same issue with my jdm alto 2008. Have you found the new water jacket?

Yes it wasnt. God knows wat happened behrhal when in the morning searched the point i again reached there. i simply changed the mechanic and asked him to check the reason of leak when he took it out it was broken now I made him change whole t valve housing as atta shb suggested.
Will check it tomorrow k kia scene hey.

I went to naimat autos mosmiat pathan siblings. Go to him at least he arranged it from somewhere. Totally charged me 3k.

Mine leaks water at startup in the morning when the car is cold and as the car becomes warm, the leakage stops. But its getting worse due to winter season.
