JDM alto 2010 only rear right wheel bearing changed

ASA. I went to afzaal suspension for some odd noises in vehicle.he performed few tasks pic enclosed. Now I have few queries plz guide me.
1. He did disk turning instead of using sand paper. Is it an ok approach ?
2. Only rear right wheel bearing was changed. Isn't it better to change both rear bearing instead of just one?
3.whats the last task he did with laser I can't understand can u plz elaborate?
4. I have spacers in rear to avoid hitting overly frequent jumps in KHI. Someone informed me the better option is to go for larger tires as rear spacers causes suspensions issue/noise.
plz guide what is better.

No issue now alhamdulillah but wanna know
what is what and to know if need to change the other rear bearing will go for that in follow up visit. Moreover, if spacer causes some issue in noise or tuk tuk tak tak so shall I go for larger tires or spacers are ok?furthermore, disk turning on leath I m asking due to some caution raised by someone k right practice is to rub it with sand paper instead of disk turning/polishing.bc it can't be done frequently due to wear out . so being a novice thought to ask u expert people for preventive measures.
Reason for asking all these silly queries is 2 months back I went for a simple task of brake pads change n it made the matter worse causing some whistling sound and uncontrolled brakes. After afzaaal work I m confident about my brakes now working properly means double payment in time ,money and tension. After that same happened in term of cooling system issue and went to 4 workshop paid to 4 people tension hassle all matters for me.

Rear bearing replacement was correct only change those parts which needs special attention.

For the packing you dont had any room to drive on 160km/h
That you need stability thus no need to go for bigger tyres.

For disc resurfacing this is the correct name for it is needed when disc plate assembly has deep lines which cant be removed by normal sanding so no need to worry about it too.

1 more question atta Sahab y shall one go for valve clearance I don't know anything about it though but saw it on ur FB page so wanna know do I need it too?

Is the engine performing well like fuel economy acceleration andbcold starts are these ok and any abnormal tiking noise at idle ?
If not then dont go for it keep driving it

No facing Nothing mentioned.sometimes black wet carbon particle on floor at exhaust(jahan sa dhuan nikalta hey hope calling it correctly) when start in the morning woh bhi not always
