Recently purchased Alto 2007 G2 JDM, pick is fine without the AC but with AC, it drops significantly to a point where I have to make sure that the AC is turned off before I accelerate on a highway or overtake a car. The local mechanic/electrician told me that it has a XLI compressor installed in it. Is that the reason for such a performance impact with AC? The cooling is good (at least when the car is moving) but the trade-off is kinda huge even considering its a 660cc engine.
Should I get a 660cc compressor installed? If so, then what do you suggest would be a good one?
