i had the same issue and the culprit was a faulty battery terminal wire hook i took my car to shamim Autos ( Near Mukka Chowk Shell Pump) and they diagnosed and resolved the issue

I think for Eco Idle u have to press the brake continuously...
what type of maintenance do u require?
i think not as Toyota Central doesnt allow car owners in their workshop area.
