@ DrUsmanNawaz sb need your advise. I have Passo 2007 model. It is reducing oil and also giving smoke on high RPM. Shifted from Shell HX7 to Zic due to this issue. Firstly poured Zic A+ but oil reduction issue was not resolved. Then shifted to Zic A and then to Zic X7 10W-40 but it is reducing even more oil. Need your expert opinion on this desperately. By the way I am buying oil from Zic official service station in Isb which is near F11.

Brother problem is not with the oil, problem is with your car's engine, it is consuming oil, means it require maintenance... Plz get it checked from some good engine mechanic and proceed accordingly....

I think i forgot to mentioned in thread that i have registered my car a month ago in Islamabad...

FJ series was issued to me...

Being a filer total charges was Approx Rs. 24000 (Inclusive of Rs. 2000 fine of not reg car within 2 months of import)...

It was through a relative residing in Islamabad, Thank u Sir... Agents are charging Rs. 30000 without fine...

I Have received the number plates after few days, and the copy/card will be issued on 30th December 2015 inshAllah...

Imported cars are on someone other name who has japan passport....

Cost breakdown can mail it to u, send ne your email... Roughly it us Rs 22000 for filer, Rs 32000 for non filer..

I personally didn't go to excise office... If u do it through agent u also not need to go there...

If u go yourself, there is a set of forms available at counter, full then all and submit along with fee, it takes about 2 hrs...

U have to fill the TO form on behalf of the person on whom name the car has been imported, you would have his passport copy, look for signs over it.... After submitting form the police inspector will check your car chassis no etc...

If u go through agents, no such procedures, only have to give I'd card copy to him... They normally charge 30k approx from filers...

Auto transmission is handy in such traffic jams on our road (it is phase 3 flyover Peshawar)... Previously I had clutch wali gari, and my left knee joint was always in pain due to excessive driving, also backache due to bad seats (cultus)... Dr. Usman Sb, salam, a bit of advice needed, passo 2014, imp in nov 15, 1484 km on odo in jp auction sheet, verified, after 3 days of drvng here n there i hv 1800 km on the odo now...when to change its oil, ive bought liquimoly 5w30 (special-tec, grey bottle 4200pkr)with gnn toyota filter, .... some say change now, dome say change at 3000km, manual says change at 15000km... filter i got is of emement type 04152-YZZA6 (700pkr). Ok or not.? .... ....
prob#2, its draining battery, i chked alternator is good, and two battery ppl confirmed that 3 cells of battery are down, 1 cell cmpletely dead... i want to chane battery too, shud i go for sealed or flooded, of which co.

bro its a genuine oil from Japan use it till 8000 KM but do check its condition with time to time....
i have recently changed the battery to Solite Maintenance Free battery and dont know ab8 the price as i have got it from my brother's battery shop but i assume it will b around Rs. 7000
