JDM Wagon R 2015 model Missing or jerk during running my car

Not smooth running when accelerate feel jerk Please guide me what can I do.
Computer scan is OK
Plugs, Coils, Injectors all are OK
Total Mileage of car is 100,000 KM and I did not change CVT gear oil.
Actually when I accelerate my car its start missing continuously in low and High speed but when I decelerate speed and run on constant speed then there is no missing/jerk feel and car run smooth.
Please advise

Total mileage of the car? When was cvt gear oil last changed? What grade engine oil being used?

Cvt gear oil needs to be changed every 40000-45000km. Change your cvt transmission oil immediately (go for Caltex or Aisin - Green 2 compatible oil)

You can use Zic CVTF oil. Order online from zic official site

my cousin is facing same issue in his 2014 JDM WagonR.. Car jerks while accelarating with heavy foot, On light foot its almost ok,, But as soon as u press the paddle its jerks while gaining speed

Engine Oil + Filter Replaced
New Spark Plugs
PCV valve serviced
Throttle Body Serviced
No Error Code Detected on Scanner

Mere mechanic ne kaha hai ke GEAR BOX ki life low ho gai hai 2013 wagon r stingray change complete gear box
