Jerks on releasing accelerator

Mostly observed in 2nd, 3rd gears while driving when I remove my foot from accelerator at 3 rpm (a normal routine in driving) suddenly the car jerks badly and I have to press clutch to calm it down.

This problem is only on petrol, on CNG its fine so seems no issue with clutch plates.

The idle RPMs is steady at 900 w/o AC and 1000 with A/C.

Acceleration is good without any problem.

Car: Baleno 03 140K driven.

non japanese presure/clutch plates, oftenly come with this issue.

when was the last set changed ?

sounds like bad ignition timing, go to a person who has a an oscilloscope and check the waveform of the crank sensor, while at this ensure that the CNG advancer is not messed up.

Yes, symptoms are similar of bad clutch plate. But I have genuine FCC clutch plates some 20K km driven only. Since issue is not there on CNG so it appears clutch plates are fine.

Thanks. Yes I will have a go at crank sensor this weekend.

Any advice on TPS please. can it be a cause ?

The CNG kit is factory fitted with genuine wiring so far and never allowed any mechanic to mess with it.

my car alto having similar jerking problem and it has been diagnosed that its carburettor is affected and needs servicing
