Jerks while releasing clutch in my Mehro

Dear All,

Since long em facing a problem in Mehro that most of the time car gives jerks while releasing clutch

i have done the following;

• Have installed kabli japani excel and have no any play from both ends
• All three foundations r in good condition and have no issue
• Car RPM is normal so there is no any extra load on clutch
• Clutch pedal in its standard tension and position
• Using high quality ZIC gear oil

:(but the problem is still same.........

Experts plz post ur replies to fix this issue

Did all this exercise and didn't got the clutch/pressure plate checked
Get them properly checked.

yar clutch pressure plates are almost new
lakin clutch chortay huay gari ka jhatka us he tarha hay
can any 1 tel me wht the reason behind it????????????????????

check the inner axel of left side. agar possible hay to kabli daal k check kro.

Yar i have changed both excel with complete with all respect (inner and outer)
but no difference........

problem cud b ur air cleaner!
chk tht..n if its ok,then myt b ur clutch releasing style is wrong:p cuz the things u say r IN GOOD SHAPE r the only reason tht can cause car to take jerk.!

definately ur pressure plate(not clutch plate). Get it replaced. Check ur flywheel. may b that needs machining or replacing. these are a few things that cause the described problem.

have you checked the engine mounts for sagging

Yar few months back i hve replaced clutch and pressure plates (new)

and flywheel got cleaned with tool

But clutch chortay huay jhatka us waqt bhi tha or abhi bhi hay

After all these things that i have done.......

My Machenic was saying that there is play in STAR plate in gear box (both shaft where the inner cup hooked up)

R u guys condering his concern??????

hey dear........that might be due to desi clutch plates .......i was having same problem wid ma civic 2002 but later ma mechanic told me ........so it is well now......

Inner axle is not responsible for jerks..

@ Poster, check your pressure plate ( not clutch plate ) ..

Yar may nay Clutch Pressure plate set aik sath he change karaya tha......... and that was of EXCEEDY (original japnese)

Had the same problem in my car. Strangely it was because of a faulty coil.

Coil is fine dear and working well

It feels like hammering in the feet from gear side

Perhaps you are not in need of a solution coz it's too late now, but I just want to share my solution for anyone else having similar problem.

There can be another less common reason for jerk during releasing clutch and that's softened or broken gear box foundation. And another sign of faulty gear box foundation is that you will also feel part of this jerk in gear lever. please replace gear box foundation and update us.

Remember though, I am referring to gear box foundation, not gear lever foundation.

my mehran vibrates when i release the clutch in first gear. replaced both pressure plate and clutch disc and also got the flywheel fixed to get the maximum pressure but still problem persists. if i keep high rpm while releasing the clutch the vibration is minimized but doesn't go away completely. took my car to multiple mechanics but all of them are saying that problem is due to clutch plate but said that clutch plate is okay after checking.
