Those holding Business/Marketing degrees should apply for jobs in newly launched car companies like Lucky Motors, Hyundai Nishat etc. Send your CV to respective HR deptts, or first try to secure internships there and prove your enthusiasm to work in auto industry.

Those holding Engineering degrees (particularly Mechanical) can look for openings in organizations that have large transport fleets and have to run operations as well as maintenance. These are mostly in public sector.

Even if you find a job in car assembling plant, you wont find it interesting because companies hire diploma holders to do laborious tasks. Each and every segment in plant is running as per the documentation.

I am sharing this experience based on my brother's experience. He was hired by atlas honda in lahore assembling plant
