Our jeep was low on fuel......
Our jeep returning after re-fueling.....

Our first view of Nanga Parbat......
The land sliding area.... A bridge is under construction here....
The jeep on the other side of the land sliding was a blue colored loader jeep....
The blue jeep path..... It was along a stream coming from the Raikot Glacier.
The jeep drops you near Tatoo village.... You will need to travel for 4-5 min. before you get to the lone shop in the area. This is from where one can hire porters and ponies for the trip.

End of Day2:This also marks the end of Day 2 of our trip. We continued the hike to Fairy Meadows but soon it was dark and I didn't take any picture. The track pictures were taken on the way down which will be uploaded on the Day 4 of the trip.

Day 3: Fairy Meadows - Beyal - Glacier/Nanga Parbat View Point - Fairy Meadows. This was a pure hiking day with no vehicle travel what so ever..... We started from Fairy Meadows pretty late partially due to sickness of one of our friend and also because of my cramps that I had developed last night.... It was me all along that was pushing people to get up early and leave quickly but on that day I was on the back-foot and was not so much active The Result: We left Fairy Meadows at about 11AM.....From Fairy Meadows to Beyal Camp: It is a hike of roughly 90 min. to 120 min. depending upon your fitness level. It is a very gentle hike and most of the time you will be passing through jungle and water streams and is very enjoyable. Beyal Camp to View point was supposed to be 20-25 min. hike but it took us more then 50 min. to reach the view point. The gradient of this hike is much more but still is enjoyable. We reached Beyal camp at about 1PM and reached View point at about 2PM and spend 1 hour there and returned to Beyal camp for lunch. We left Beyal camp at about 5PM and reached Fairy Meadows back at 6PM.From the view point the Nanga Parbat Base camp is roughly 2-3 hours depending upon your fitness level. This was the biggest disappointment that we weren't able to reach the Base camp.....
It was a clear morning and there were no clouds on the Nanga Parbat.....
nice pictures.. jeep track looks really scary.. how did u feel it?
We stayed the night at Dream land Cottages owned by Mr. Fida Hussain a very nice person indeed. Actually we were supposed to stay in the Forest Rest house which was next to these cottages but when we reached at 9PM the Guard had gone to his home and we were forced to live in the cottages.....
@Farooq.... It was fun.... But my friends constantly asked the Jeep driver to drive slow which of course he ignored... It was really scary at the bends.
I think these were the cottages owned by Rehmat Nabi.....
The green one is the forest rest house where we spend our second night....
Some Random shots of different locations in Fairy Meadows.....
Finally started our hiking after wasting 3 hours which could have been used to reach the Base Camp.....
It's Me at the front with a stick to support my cramped legs......
