Excuse me sir , I asked the OP to share the amount of creatine he's taking - if he's taking too much or what is stated on the back of the box then its not good, they are for ideal conditions and for those having an extreme calculated balanced diet. Any supplement taken in excess will destabilize your immune system , digestive system and circulatory system if NOT in short term , then definitely in long terms- ofcourse , bodybuilding is associated to an abnormal diet plan
the first thing is that I'm older than you , the second thing is that I've been going gym since 2006 and last but not the least I've travelled the world and have quite a few experience with proper experienced fitness masters as well as hard time workers here in Pakistan as well as abroad , I used to spend more time with experts questioning them about there past and current situation along with their diets and stuff like that instead of spending time alone working out. U cant jump to conclusion after reading research papers , science can never even come close to how human body is designed and what can be the effect if any supplement is taken in excess, all you need is a balanced diet and only creatine wont help you get a long lasting and durable physique. U cant jump to conclusion until and unless you yourself don't try it neither can you spread the info stating that it is 100% true , you yourself should be the best researcher , there are millions of people who fall sick after having creatine. If you want to put on weight then you must have a rich protein diet along with the necessary vitamins everyday , if you want to put on weight calculate your daily intake and then increase it , you might increase 0.5 kg weight per week. If all you need to do is to have a descent body , then take whey that is recommended for vegetarians once before work out and once after workout with a bowl of boiled rice that consist of carbs that allows the protein to enter the blood stream , and make sure you take a handsome amount of fruit content daily and last but not least , drinking as much water as you can - P.S avoid fat food to have a stable BFM jump
I appreciate your efforts of research work , they do help a lot in choosing the right product for yourself
P.S when I said increase weight , I focused on weak individuals who have a thirst of building lean muscles in short time span
ok , just keep it low , don't repeat the same gap , make sure the next time you have a gap of 2 months followed by vital vitamins.
And if you have a stomach that you do not wish of then follow the Islamic way of eating , divide your 3 meals a day into 6 by not filling in too much all at once, having a proper sitting position while eating and focus on endurance exercises so you don't feel weak and lack confidence in front of someone that is twice as big as you
