hahahahahaha uss difference se to Allah mehfooz rakhay :). I will try to mount it as high as possible. The hose is quite long (flexible one). I'll try to get a spare one to alter its length. But first I am looking forward to install the IK20 in corolla

Here is the feedback for Datsun after drive:

The response has increased. Previously the car was finding hard time going to 4K RPM in 2nd gear. Now it easily goes till 5K RPM (60 km/hr) As you know its not properly tuned right now so response is expected to increase after full tune up. But so far the results are very good.

took off the long ram intake kit today n modified the stock kit,car is performing way lot better

the intake assembly of new corolla is a bit different to what i know ,not sure it that ill work for u

the whole of stock intake assembly was taken out when isntalling long ram intake but even with long ram car wasnt performing at its full.there was a joint in stock kit,i took the advantage and used a rubber bend pipe to connect it with the heat shield filter
now the stock air filter assembly has no filter in it

here are pix from the start of the stock intake aseembly n the modification

the stock assembly,the way it is connected.

this is what i had in mind,one end goes to stock box,other end with the rubber pipe goes to filter

also had to relocate the ground wiring as well,this is how it turned out

I think the power (85 hp) is attained in ideal conditions. Normally the power is less than this quoted power. and about port polishing, I will read the material but I think the person doing this should be highly skilled as the engine head is going to be modified.

u can change the plugs
