Bro I got your message related to the intake but was in meetings all the day so couldn't reply :(. Now a days, I have very tight schedule but hopefully it will get relaxed after a week or so. About intake, my car is still under warranty so right now I am avoiding to do any major modifications. Once the warranty period is over, I will surely do some experiments :D.

I have one question for you. At 40k service, you changed the spark plugs (Denso IK20). I think you had the same spark plugs previously. so why did you change these iridium plugs so early as they are supposed to be good for around 40k km at least.

well i changed em cuz i wanted everything to be done at exact 40 so next time i change something i remember it was previously done @ 40k kms ,im bad at remebring things

sir ur car must be faster as its a 1.5 and dam it just drops the rpm to 1k :S ,mine drops till 2-2.5k
im having some fueling issues at the moment ,just need to make the fuel slightly richer tats it,but no time these days
