vtec crossover depends on alot of things,specially the mods on the motor. The crossover should be smooth enough to let the power curve be smoother/flatter when the vtec is engaged.

mine at the moment is 5k rpms,thats where the motor likes it to be.

Karcepts ac/ps removal kit, CNC'ed goodness at its best removes ac/ps components and replaces it with just one small pulleys,free's up some whp all over the powerband.

are you sure 5k is where the motor likes it? did you dyno it? thats too low

built k24s vtec are set at 4200....

vtec point has nothing to do with k24s being built it all depends on the flow characteristics of the head CFM/RPM i did a h22 with pro2s here recently.Every tuner has his own way getting things right.The motor liked vtec around 5900-6200k a very silent transition not a loud Bung but you know you just hit vtec.The primaries and secondary LOBES on skunk2 stage3s are able to breath uptop more than the standard camshaft! wish we had lots of dynos here things would have been much easier!

Wow what a great build mashAllah. Putting nothing but quality parts in the motor. Wish I had the time and patience to pull out my TSX's motor and do all this work, and also have cheap labor rates like you guys do ughhhhh haha.

But just throwing it out there, if you ever need any OEM or aftermarket new or used parts from the US? Lmk, I'll be happy to get them and send them to you.

Just sent about 60-70lbs worth of all motor h22 goodies to my friend haha. You might have competition lol

Don't know about 5spd but I can source you a 6spd off a RSX type S (integra in Pak) or Civic Si both with LSD
