K24 Civic FD1

Salam guys

I need some help regarding my civic reborn. I had swapped k24 about 3 years ago and have spent a lot on the car but after my recent visit to HPR in islamabad its kpro is not working. I have been advised that there is a problem with kpro version 3. The intial problem was that the dashboard is not working but I was assured that it can be done while running dual ecu setup. So I need a few suggestions regarding my car.

1- I want my dashboard up and running what should I do
2- Clutch is too heavy what might be the reason its been this heavy since the swap took place but now its too heavy after new clutch
3-I had hasport mounts for 3 years but now I think they are unbearable what should I do to reduce the vibration
4- I have limited knowledge of car workshops around me every time I am advised a different place who say they are better than HPR but end up making the car even worse. Should I take the car back to them or any one could genuinely advise me a better workshop especially for wiring.

Really sorry to hear that! I suggest max power in Lahore, they've done numerous K swaps in FDs and CRZs. I hope they can resolve your problem.

Hello Seems like you are back, well as above mentioned, bring your car to lahore lets see what we can do, i know few people here who can resolve your issues,
coming to lahore will be benifical as i stll have your bumper lower grill with me

dear k24 user,

you will require either a new ktuned swap wiring harness, or possibly an ecu decoder to enable your speedo.

i am facing a similar issue since i got kpro 3 as well. feel free to use my knowledge if needed.

There is something wrong with the wiring of your kpro. There was a similar problem when I installed the kpro in Euro R.
