Quick update.
The EG i was talking about started last week.
Spend like 4 days in pindi to sort it out and we both did all the unfinished work and messed up things left by his mechanic using bare minimum tools, as i made him to tow the car to his house before my arrival. Don't wanna deal with mechanic.
ALHAMDULILLAH it starts and run. Although tune is messed up and all of things still need to done.
But at least it rolls on road.
Anyways that's up with the EG.
Tomorrow will be visiting market to get custom rubber brakes lines made for corolla.

Brake lines back on.
Rebuild the Brake master cylinder.
Installed new clutch master cylinder.
Interior been organised, now it's clean.
Pedals will be installed in a day or 2. Then valve seals.
Got the cl9 shifter as well. My friend got the billet one so i bought from him.

Valve seals replaced.
Pedals installed.
This is a basic tool that I made to replace seals.
The shopkeeper gave me all the seals of the intake side without realizing the difference between exhaust and intake seals, which required me to make another trip to the market.
Intake seals have white-colored springs, while exhaust seals have black-colored springs. Both of them are unique and cannot be substituted. The same seals came in various engines from 1992–2020.
Next, I will put the engine back, modify the shifting cables, and make a new transmission shifting cables bracket.

The EG Civic that I have mentioned several times before is in Lahore with me. My friend got it transported to me last week.
It had a bunch of issues that needed to be sorted out before tuning and wot pulls.

I'm using OEM Toyota Ae101 shifting cables with a CL9 shifter. Cables are already mounted on the shifter.
I also made this bracket using a C150N bracket piece. Selling the AST5 bracket that came with it. This one just makes cable mounting simple.
If you are wondering how this "kichri" is going to work, a hint is shifting cables.

So the e100 shifting cables I got, which were supposed to be installed, went Shorter. Now I'm confused....how to sort it out. Either get accord cables or newer model corolla cables, which will be greater in length.

sir there is a way to measure, you may run a thread or length of old cable string over the shifter cable route. tie one end to transmission stick and route it via channels outward to transmission knuckles or vice versa. tie few knots at each end to identify engine side & cabin side. take a ride to your area scrap yard and see which type of toyota or honda cable serves you best.
