as i returned from naran . i give u latest updates of it.
road is prefect up to paras, there is some bad patch after that and up to naran. from naran to jhalkad road is like motorway. there is few bad patch because of glaciers. everyone going on thier local vehicle to lolu sar and some is also going to babusar, .we went in our hi aces van, netco hiaces service is coming from gilgit-chilas-babusar-naran-manshar-rawalphini , i seen two netco hiaces there.
jeep rent from sugran to payee 2000rslake saful maluk is 2000 but they can negotiable up to 1800lake saful maluk and lalazar is 4500 but can negotiable up to 3700 for complete dayfrom jalkad to lulusar and babusar is 4500 and its can 3500 also.rent naran hotel are so much highwe take a lowest price hotel on bipass 3000 per day and where only boys can stay not recommended for familyand tent rate also 3500 to 4000 .

I will be in ISB on 13 th july 2012 from KHI.
I have visited Babusar Top last year. But after viewing this, this would be my last. Too much crowdy and lots of vehicle just ruining the natural beauty and environment.

excellent thread...many thanks. I did Balakot to ISB in 3 hours 20 minutes very early a.m. so think its doable to get to Naran in 6:30 to 7 hours from ISB!!
