Karachi Experts: Need help!

Hi guys,

I need help to built a car. Need info on mechanics both electrical and mechanical and also painters who are into attention to detail. I am basically into restoring old classics/cars, i already have restored a few including:

1. BMW E30 with 2jz.(still have it)
2. W126 280s with 2jz. (still have it)
3. W126 long chassis 2jz (still have it)
4. W126 long chassis with original 300 sel engine. (sold)
5. W115 with original 200D. (sold)

The problem i am facing right now is that my current workshop guy is too busy to take up any project and i am really having the urge of restoring a 3rd Gen corolla maybe with a 3sge beams transplant.

Can you guys help me with any reliable mechanics and electricians?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Btw i reside in Karachi.

so you basically fudge up cars - you have toyota 2JZ in nearly all of your german cars. Whats up with that. a restoration means that you use the original engine or at least an engine from the same manufacturer from the same era.

my team of ustaads & chohtas are quiet occupied restoring one 'fleetline' & a 'ford mercury' with a some serious surgical modifications to put in a 3GR V6 box & power train from land cruiser or else i'd have offered you my team of engineers

Well Zulfiqar,

It's all about perception, i have had alot of cars on original specs but they were not complete restorations as in they were maintained on original paints and all but in mint condition thats why did not mentioned it here. I am at least trying to keep these babies alive. More or less all of these cars are my daily drivers so old german technology wasn't really upto the mark in today's fast moving lifestyle.

I did not post a thread here to judge me but for help.

Your help would be appreciated but being judgemental won't be.

@capsat for anything that is GM, Ford or Chrysler - I could not care less - but for real cars like the W126 - its downright wrong.

Best is to wait for your team otherwise shopping around can cost you way way more in the run. btw how is the front suspension and steering doing on your W126's and who do you use for wheel alignment. Its a job and a half to align any mercedes of that era.
