(021)35662222 call this number of cplc, they will ask for engine number, chassis number and registration number and will confirm you entire history of car e.g if it ever was involved in theft, or criminal record etc. Make sure these 3 things are handy otherwise they will not entertain you.

For car transfer, you do not need to be present - neither thr seller nor buyer. Give it to an agent and you will be saved from running here and there and your work will be done

Search Excise Sindh Vehicle verification. You can enter your registration number to know detail of vehicle. But it doesn't warn you about any bad or criminal history of vehicle. That will be verified only through phone on number given on my above post
