Indus highway starts from the Jamshoro Bypass, from Superhighway we turned left towards Jamshoro town. Breakfast at Mast Qalander hotel near the Jamshoro Thermal power plant.

The N55 Indus Highway was excellent, very smooth not much traffic. Drive was excellent even for a small bouncy van.

The weather was clear and brilliant and the temperature too wasn't that high, which the made the 278 kilometres to Sehwan town a pleasant drive.

Stopped by a mazar near sehwan town. Google Maps was an excellent navigator for our first road trip in interior sindh. This is the Mazar of Hazrat Lakhi Shah. A further half hour drive and we were in the bustling town of Sehwan.

Mazar of Hazrat Shahbaz Qalander (real name Muhammad Usman Marwandi)

Even after stopping every hour to rest and enjoy the scenary, we reached Sehwan in 4.5 hours after leaving Karachi. After staying for a while we continued on the Indus Highway towards Dadu (it was a double track road from Sehwan onwards) for 20 minutes and there was a small properly maintained lane leading towards Manchar Lake

The small road leading towards manchar lake via a settlement called Bubak. After a while finally reached the beautiful Manchar lake.

From Manchar lake it was back to Hyderabad for Rabri & Hala Naka karhai dinner and back to Karachi to conclude a nice day trip in Interior Sindh.
