Check out the video of my recent trip to islamabad by road.

Road trip from Karachi to Islamabad by newly built M-5 Motorway (Sukkur - Multan) & M-4 Motorway (Faisalabad - Pindi Bhattian)
Car: Suzuki Baleno 2005 1.3L
Total Fuel consumed: Approx. 25000 (115 rupees / litre) Round trip (Khi - Isb - Khi)
Total Toll Paid: Approx. 3500 rupees
I was the only driver.

i've planned to visit islamabad on eid holiday; but in one go without stay.

note; i've travelled Khi-Lahore in onego; recently in Dec 2019; in soo cold weather

I also went on trip in 2019 dec, well multan to islamabad now is very easy , it took me 7 hours to reach islamabad from bahawalpur, with 2 stops for namaz and lunch. You can do non stop but putting this much load on a car i think that not an ideal way.
